UPDATE Fixing the AMP Error August 2020

Fixing the AMP Error August 2020 - I say this AMP error August 2020 because this error appeared in August 2020. Many users of the Blogger AMP theme have received reports from Google Search Console notifying them that their AMP page has an error.

This happened to be precise yesterday, August 10, 2020, but strangely this error does not occur on all blogs. However, most of those who get this error occur because the theme was edited. So for those who don't edit the theme, they don't get this AMP error (or maybe they haven't).

About the error like this:

Tag or text which is only allowed inside the body section found outside of the body section.

The tag 'BODY' appears more than once in the document.

This error occurs because there is a change in Blogger HTML edit. As we know that currently Blogger is updating its features including an HTML editor.

The change that makes this error is the addition of code for the Adsense data-ad-client that uses the <! -- and --> comments on the HTML source of the blog as shown below (see with view page source).

To fix this error, please follow the steps below.

Please find the following code:

Please replace it with the following code:

<html b:css='false' b:js='false'

As a result like this:

Then find the following code:

Please replace it with the following code:

And finally find the following code:

<!--
--> </body>

Please replace it with the following code:

<!--
--> </body>

Next, whenever you are going to edit the HTML theme, please delete the code marked below before SAVE the theme.

So that it looks like this.

However, it seems that the Blogger update is not finished yet, so there may be other changes.
